Our process:
Reach out to us via phone, text or online. We'll provide information and answer any questions you may have about our services. To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, all paperwork and payments are handled ahead of time. This allows us to focus entirely on your pet during the final moments. We'll schedule a time that works for you and your pet. On the day of the appointment, Dr. Heather will arrive at your designated location and after everyone is comfortable she will give a small injection in a rear leg that will allow your pet to go to sleep. Once your pet is asleep she will choose a location to place a small butterfly catheter and give the final injections. If we are helping with aftercare arrangements, she will give you time alone with your pet before we leave. If requested, we will inform your regular veterinarian about your pet's passing.
